[Serious] What plan does this game have for reaching the 1.0 release?

Hello.
I've got a fairly significant number of games in my library that are labelled Early Access, while I don't have an issue with the premise of Early Access my library is filled with more games that are in perpetual early access than ones that wrapped up to a finished product.

What kind of plan does this game have for reaching the 1.0 release and how much scope creep are you allowing for based on Early Access feedback?

I am interested in the game and I don't mind buying Early Access but I am starting to wane on games like that when I keep getting burned.
