I need technical help, freeze the game when minimizing the window, provided that I log in to the voice chat in the discord
The problem is related to the sound drivers, apparently something in the game is blocking the sound driver from my headphones, Here are 3 topics with similar problems:

This problem is somehow related to the configuration of the audio equipment in the system, my headset and headphones are XIBERIA, apparently the game somehow affects the virtual audio driver

I strongly ask you to solve this problem, it was tested on 2 systems, in both cases there are long lags and slowdowns, provided that a VOICE chat is open in the discord

The system:
1) AMD Ryzen 7 5700G AM4
Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB
16 GB DDR4 4000 Mhz CL19
Audio headset - Xiberia K3 (Hi-Fi 7.1) USB
Windows 11 2023 - 23H2 - Corporative

2) AMD Ryzen 7 5700G AM4
Yeston Radeon RX 6800 16 ГБ (not XT version)
32 GB DDR4 3600 Mhz CL14
Audio headset - Oklick HS-L950G Cobra (7.1) USB
Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 26080.1201 (KB5037135) 24H2 - March 15 - LAST UPDATE

this problem is definitely not due to problems with the Windows operating system. The problem is sewn up somewhere at the audio driver level while using voice chat in the discord and the game at the same time. I'm asking for help.

Contact Xiberia as they make the sound drivers for their system? No one else can fix this. It's definitely not a game issue, it is a driver issue.

Maybe post your exact headphone model.

Better yet, return them and buy better quality gear. I find next to nothing from XIBERIA on google. Not even a support website.

This problem occurs not only on Xiberia headphones, apparently this problem is somehow related to the predestination of sound in the Windows 11 operating system. I strongly ask you to understand and help me with the causes of this problem. As we can see from the messages and topics above, this problem is not an isolated one and occurs in other players. You need a fix or a fix for this problem, or the ability to change the sound playback system in the game settings, switch the sound

How successful were the drivers from XIBERIA?

We can't continue far from here.

Did you try switching audio devices in windows? Try to switch drivers down at the clock? You can try device manager for your audio device and try switch drivers, updating driver, or going back to previous drivers.

Maybe post other users issues with Xiberia audio products? Randomly posting issue of other peoples non-Xiberia audio products won't help you. It is nothing more than a driver issue.

so you really need to contact Xiberia for help. Xiberia makes the drivers. not Microsoft. Although MS has generic drivers, but they are basic drivers and may not give all of the features of your heatset(s) (audio devices).

Games don't mess with drivers. It is the drivers that mess with the game. Xiberia needs to align the driver with windows.

It helps to post links to actual Xiberia issues. There are hundreds if not thousands of audio devices. The post you linked to have nothing to do with Xiberia as far as I can tell.

Again, Xiberia are the makers of the drivers. You need to contact them for a solution.

You should post this to the Discord discussions for your headphone and see if they can find a workaround. Otherwise, you're back to Xindria for a driver update needed.

I agree, this is not an issue with windows.

If you can't contact Xiberia, and Discord discussions can't help you. You may need a different audio device.

I see no other way for this to work, unless Xiberia releases an updated Audio driver. Or possibly an issue of Discord, if only discord has issues? But I would still blame a driver issues in either case.

Also, since this issue happens on two different computers on Discord only, it just may be Discord and/or driver issues.

search discord thoroughly for Xiberia issues.

What does Xiberia have to do with it??? If I wrote what I tested on the second config - Audio headset - Oklick HS-L950G Cobra (7.1) USB
Also having problems with Oklik? Or with all types of headphones?
I provided links above that a similar problem exists. This does not depend on the Xiberia audio driver, because... OKLIK has its own sound drivers!!!
