Would be cool to see countrys like Japan, China, Germany, Norway, Spain, Mexiko or Countrys like Kazakhstan.
South Africa or some deserts would also be something new, but in the end, it'll probably be something Eastern European or American again

For full sized cargo trucks? Doubtful at best. Japan isn't exactly known for making serious offroad trucks, only cars, so most of what gets made in game is going to be the specialty stuff that is built by North America and Eastern Europe.
More likely is that we could see some other obscure off-road trucks such at the Tata line of 4x4s, (namely, the ex-military trucks known as Shaktiman), some of South Africa's off-road trucks, or Aussie trucks.
