Mod browser issue error code 10001

Hi guys when I want to download a mod the game says: failed to download (mod name) by error: 10001. It says network error but my internet connection is perfect so I don't know how to fix that. I tried the log-off log-in method, the clean all up method, and I reinstalled the game, but not works. Please help me I want back my mods. Anyway have a nice day everyone!

I have a problem with mods that are subscribed and do not load into the game. It's probably a mod io problem
