"This is the solution for now.
Go to the Mod Manager from the main menu. Go to the menu that contains the "enable all mods" function. Hold down the button that activates it for a few seconds; in my case it's "A" as I'm on Steam Deck. The menu will freeze for a few seconds.
Do not change pages in the Mod Manager! Simply exit out to the main menu and go to load your game. All your mods should be enabled when it loads."
Ahhh, Ok. Then the issue is server based. Ok. Thanks.
At any rate the developers have communicated that a fix will be rolled out asap but, as I said, we are likely held hostage by the console update certification process which takes more time to deal with that if Snowrunner was a PC exclusive game.
I only have 2 paint mods and they work fine.
