Help DLC Season 15: Oil & Dirt (sort of a noobie)

Good Morning All;

I enjoy the Mudrunner and Snowrunner just because I can relax and bumble around in a sim, accomplish something without....stress on me own time. I downloaded a DLC for these sims for the first time and installed: Season 15: Oil & Dirt. Well I am clearly doing something incorrect. I do not see the DLC in game. DLC does show in my properties et al.

Must I purchase a Season Pass in order to "activiate / play?"

I have googled and searched but to no avail.

The stock Mud n Snowrunners run fine.

Go into Global maps and scroll all the way to the right, season 15 is Quebec Canada
