Report a translation problem
If you checked the previous, I'd like to ask you to enter any garage, then press the button to open your player menu, then go to the trucks tab that you can see there, and see if you can get a report on the locations of your missing trucks. If it says "Storage", then the truck in question is retained; if it says something else, then that's the name of the region here you will find them.
This isn't normal game behavior. It has never happened to me in over 1000 hours and almost all that time is multiplayer. Only mod trucks are supposed to behave in this manner, if you deactivate the mods that they are related to.
For some weird reason game never explain this.
