Unable to restore repair points.

I am unable to restore my repair points. I started a new game+ and i set fuel and repair points not to be auto refilled at garage. so i can't restore there. But i can't even restore it at the service points that you normaly can go to aswell as garage to refill in a basic game.
Tried the hard mode places aswell but they don't exist as it's not a hard mode playthrough.
I can't remember if i did the repair points need to be paid for option when i started but there is nothing in the garage for that.
All i have in garage is that i can pay to repair.

Is the only solution to restart the game

Game allow you only 2 solutions:
- Infinite and free restock in garage
- paid restock in Hard mode only supply points.
Check your world rules carefully
You can see your current game world setting by exiting to main menu, selecting load game and pressing "N" to see detailed world rules.

You paid attention to 2 different setting:
- Garage vehicle repair rules - No autorepair, all repair is paid
- Repair parts restock rules - Repair part restock is paid.

If you rule sets are not satisfying for you, you can try to edit some save game options using text redactor.

I have done some testing and i checked i only have the no auto repair rule.
In my testing if you have that rule you are unable to gain repair points. I sent a report to saber about it. It might be a bug or they need to add a button in garage to restock repair points or add it into the repair button you get with this rule active.
I guess ill have to sell the addon and rebuy it every time i need to restock for now and see what saber does about it.

Not sure it is a bug. It's more like a player choice. New Game + allow to make game allot easier or like in this case - alot harder.

P.S. If Saber consider this is a bug it will take VERY long time to make changes. Usually at least 6 month.
So you best bet is to edit your save manually.

If it is not a bug then this rule should also remove all mission that requires you to repair a vehicle as you are unable to restock. What i really play is hard mode. i would have picked hard mode if i could remove DLC trucks from a new game. except that in true hardmode there are restock points for repair points that don't exist in my game as it is not a hard mode save.

I might have to edit my save but it will take a few weeks to learn the code to be able to edit the file. I have checked the guide but no line he highlighted says anything about garage repair so i have to learn everything without having any data to learn from.


so for now ill just sell and rebuy the addons. I am currently in contact with saber about the issue and it might take some time for them so resolve it if it's a bug or an oversight.
