After Today update mods mods automatically disable. After enabling them and refreshing them again, they are disabled again and do not enable in-game

same here, i reported the bug on the official page of saber, hope they fix it quick
There is an option in the mod browser that allows you to activate all mods at once.
If you use this and then leave the mod browser, you can load your saved games with mods.
You will probably have to do this every time you restart the game until the mod browser is fixed.

Yes, the enable all mods function DOES work. This is the solution for now.

Go to the Mod Manager from the main menu. Go to the menu that contains the "enable all mods" function. Hold down the button that activates it for a few seconds; in my case it's "A" as I'm on Steam Deck. The menu will freeze for a few seconds.

Do not change pages in the Mod Manager! Simply exit out to the main menu and go to load your game. All your mods should be enabled when it loads.
