Multiplayer Upgrade unlock

I play co-op (multiplayer) and only the lobby host unlocks all the upgrades, even though we have the same trucks and have played the missions together.

So you can't unlock all-wheel drive, differentials, wheels, or anything else, which makes the game impossible after a certain point. So you have to repeat all the tasks you have spent many hours of effort completing on your own to unlock the parts yourself.

This is simply not well thought! Pls fix...

Not sure I understand what the issue is.

This is how it works:

If you are in a Coop Session, when Upgrades are located, everyone in the Coop Session gets the Upgrades Unlocked, regardless of who discovered the Upgrades. You still have to purchase the Upgrade in the Garage Store.
Only the Host gets the free Upgrade.

In order to get the Free Upgrade, you have to either Unlock it on your Map or be the Host of the Coop on which it was unlocked.

If you do not already have the Upgrades Unlocked on the Save you join a Coop with, and the Host has already Unlocked the Upgrades, before you joined the Coop Session, then No, you will not get the Upgrades. You must be in the Session when they are unlocked or already have them unlocked on the save you join their Coop.

too difficult to unlock for both and split the price difference? Being you likely did it together. Keeping it to no free upgrades but half price ones.

There is nothing to fix. It is working as intended. The upgrades and trucks are unlocked for everyone in the game, so I'm not sure what you're asking for. The only thing that isn't saved is map progress.
