When will they fix the multiplayer?!

They completely broke multiplayer with the release of season 13. When I try to create a game I get the same error every time: 'Connection lost, online features are not currently available.' My friend has exactly the same problem, although before this we played almost 200 hours without ANY problems. However, for some people, multiplayer seems to work. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Unfortunately, the only solution is for the devs to have a look at this... There is currently no solution for this issue

Not sure if this is the particular cause of your issue since there seem to be multiple ones ongoing, but removing all the users from your Steam ignore list might do it for you.

Another suggestion is to make sure the name of your PC contains only latin letters. On Windows 10 the steps are:

1. Select Start > Settings > System > About.
   
2. Select Rename this PC.
   
3. Enter a new name and select Next. You may be asked to sign in.
   
4. Select Restart now or Restart later.
