It really depends on what you are doing and in what map right now tbh, there's no easy answer and it also depends how you like to play.
One of the many fantastic features of the game is you're not penalised for buying and selling so you can pick a truck, kit it out and give it try. If it's not your thing sell it and pick another to try. Have fun experimenting.
For me I've been having a lot of fun in the Atom because I like to over-stack and the three slot bed and rear mounted loading crane make it great for that. However you'll see mixed reviews for it at best because it's also slow and has a large turning radius.
Play around, find the gems for you :)
A lot of those mods would have to have Xbox Re-Enabled for Snowrunner Mod.io.
About 1,230 or so are available for Xbox Console. It sucks big time because a lot of the older mods from Generation 8 Xbox are unavailable and there were some damn good ones too including a few MRAP mods.
