Can not join friends from computer to computer.

Every time we try to coop we get a popup saying there is not enough memory (RAM). We both have plenty of memory 64GB a piece. Why is there an issue. How can we fix it in order to play coop

Sounds like you are using Mods.
If so:
1) Everyone Log out of Modio and then Log back in.
2) Make sure all the Mods are up to date with the latest version of the Mod.
3) Make sure everyone is Subscribed to the same Mods as the Host and that they are also turned ON Before joining the COOP session.

I have only seen the not enough Memory popup when using Mods and the above steps has always solved the problem for us. So if you are Not using Mods, then I'm not sure what is causing the problem.

not enough memory occurs when you are using crossplay and someone on PC has a mod thats not console compatible.
If everyone is on a PC turn OFF crossplay.
Crossplay seems to be required if playing steam vs M.S. gamepass users.

Same is true for Steam to Epic.
They really put their foot in their mouth with this one.

Hello, turning off crossplay for the host and and player does not fix this case. Both me and my friend have 32GB ram. That s a weird limitation to set (with crossplay off).
