Metal/brick/wood framing?

In Yukon, I don't fully understand these half constructed buildings that have only two of said cargo on them? If I take the cargo the building disappears, and I wondered if that was a mistake taking them, thinking it was a task or contract later to rebuild all those "framing" places. So I left them for now.

So what's the point of them, as I can't see any. There doesn't seem to be any task for them. Can I just take the metal, bricks and wood they have?

those appear on multiple maps, just take away anything you need

Except this is bollocks. In the case of Yukon there are infinite sources for the materials the carcasses provide - metal beams from a warehouse immediately south of the garage, bricks from where the CAT dumper is, wood planks from the sawmill north west of the garage.

The region, and all following ones can actually be done without touching any of the buildings. If anything they're an extra convenience.
