wheel settings not saved

I've had snowrunner since it first came out and never had a problem with it.But now after last update and latest map purchase,my steering wheel and game settings won't save I have to redo all every time I restart the game.Can anyone please help?

Happens the same to me as well with a G27. Every single time since the last update.

Read on reddit other guys with the same problem. Seems like Saber ♥♥♥♥ it up with this update.

I've been having what sounds like the exact same issue. Since yesterday, every time I launch the game it fails to detect my Logitech wheel and pedals and on opening the settings I find several have been changed. So far, a bit of fiddling with the settings and re-launching the game has cleared the problem but it recurs each time. I have raised a service ticket via PROS.

There is a temporal fix for this. Enter the game with your wheel connected to your PC and proceed to assign all the buttons to your liking, once you are done close the game.

Now go to : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\Your ID\1465360\remote.
In there copy user_profile.cfg, user_settings.cfg and user_social_data.cfg.

Then go to: C:\Documents\My Games\SnowRunner\base\storage and copy the files there, after that change the file extention from .cfg to .dat.
With that the game will load your settings every time you launch the game.

It is neccesary till they find out what caused this issue.
So i guess you people all have tips, driver hands and KVISA on?
Cause i also have to dissable those everytime i start the game. It was also the reason i noticed the issue with the Update.

Honestly. Getting the settings back up is pretty easy for me but still annoying. I use the Thrustmaster T-GT II (And dislike that you cant just edit the pre-sets but have to do everything manual than -.-) combined with T-LCM and TH8A. Bought an Xpadder license and now have to reconfigurate the TH8A inputs everytime too. Done in two minutes.

But still pretty annoying and i see no reason why there wasnt a single Update/ fix since the last update ;/

Why gave you messed it up ? The G29 worked fine for a long time.

And why doesn't Moza stuff work properly either ?

You keep bringing out new games while old ones are still broken.

Please fix soon or I will be suing for a full refund and all DLC... everything... the game is clearly no longer fit for purpose. I cannot use it.

... In UK I can claim a refund under the Sale of Goods Act... and I will. And then others will too when they read about it.
