upgrade bug

have found multiple parts on map,but when i go back to garage they are still locked
anybody encounter this and know the fix

Are those parts for the specific vehicle that you are trying to fit them into? There's some parts that could be of the same type but must be unlocked for different truck models.

For example, the gearboxes: there's Fine-Tune versions that only fit specific trucks, and for the rest, you have to find the *other* version of the same gearbox.
