'Cloud Save Application Error'

I am trying to transfer my save file for Snowrunner from my PS4 over to Steam on PC, but every time I initiate the transfer and then attempt to download the cloud save on the Steam version of the game, the download reaches 100% and then an error message appears which states 'Cloud Save Application Error'. I have attempted to transfer the save file multiple times, and have even went onto my PS4 to save the game on there so an up to date version is uploaded to the cloud, but the same error message continuously appears on my PC.

ps4 and pc are diffierent save formats is most likely why you are getting that error
