the host has to be in the same map as you for refuel to work, its been a long time complaint on this game for a long time

That doesnt work either. I have always to refuel the trucks for my mates.

Sometime bug will happen. Because u press the fuel button E too fast. Take time. Do it slowly.

A buddy figured out a work around when he was in co-op with me. After holding the button down to refuel, bump your truck (gently) against something while still in the yellow square (like the gas tank at the fuel station) or against the fuel carrier trailer or whatever else you're getting fuel from. BTW, this also happens with filling up water tanks and it's the same workaround. If you're refueling from a trunk repair kit this also works. Just bump your truck against something after refueling and your tank will show up as full.

Yeah the only thing these devs know how to do is release more DLC, they don't know how to fix bugs...it's sad really 😥

Tried this and no luck at all 😭

Press fill button or tap a few times to fill. Leave map then return its full. It is a weird bug with alot of work arounds.
Have Host on map.. Physically tap target you wanna fill. Hook up tow rope and pull it in a tiny bit.
Be personally i think its a load bug. Like when objects are hovering till you almost run into them. Same with fill objects and water tanks.
For water tanks have host buy the trailer or grab an existing carrier from map.
Temporary multiplayer items may have issues too. Ever switch trailers with a bud?
Tires get stuck when away from owners trailer and sometimes they just disconnect randomly.

Just ask the host to jump in your car and fuel you up.

This we fixed ages ago for me like season 8 i think but its crept back in again now.
