Report a translation problem
As i used a dedicated towing truck with platform, the unit gets 'delivered' when on the platform and is immidiately locked in place -> which means, it now floats in the air forever.
Definitely a bug.
I open a new topic and post screens.
It would be really helpful if the mission text explained the a specific trailer at x location is needed BEFORE that particular step of the mission.
With that said, it would be really nice if they would just STOP with the specific stuff at x location and allow us if we choose to get a similar thing from where ever instead of "nope, gotta be this thing." WITHOUT ELABORATING on the exact specifics.
Sure theres a trailer at x, but does that mean I WANT to spend an hour real time to get it when theres a faster option available [or should be]. No, I'll try doing both at once and I dont get the trailer at x location a second glance because it takes TIME to go down there.
In hindsight, this was only to be expected, but I have a wonderful tendency to focus on how I can move stuff to where it needs to go HOW I want to do it.
These kind of missions need to explain more about certain things up front. If they need trailer from X location, say so specifically in the text that is the mission brief..
...I mean, it is possible that I simply missed reading that too...
I did find that instead of highlighting the dropped fuel cargo, the game pointed me back to the other map. I'm like "Nopr". So something got a bit broken somewhere if the game isnt seeing dropped cargo as mission viable
I'm just voicing my annoyance [again I'm sure] with some missions needing specific trailers [at x location] and not saying anything about that [to my knowledge] in the brief ahead of time.
This is why I dont play snowrunner too much, it really is a time sink as far as some of the main missions are concerned... That said, I explored all four maps once I found the prototype unit [which is part of a mission itself that I havent done yet].
vehicles I find useful on this region: bandit, burkat, FEMM, tatarin without saying..., hummer is also good.
drawbridge fixed, working on the island bridge...
How many games do you spend hours in? ;-D you are right, they could make the easy way an option, but that would not be fun.
Well, most of my time has been offline, so what I see on the time played counter is really wrong... Somewhere over a hundred hours or so...
I completed the other pineline island bridge quest.. along the way, I discovered that the radar prototype trailer I found by the rockgrinder early on was.... missing... I can't recall what happened to it after I finished mapping flatland, all I know is I cant find the trailer currently.
Think I'm gonna give the game a rest for now tho, really gets annoying to me if I play it too much.
I towed it in place, the bridge came down and i never looked at it again. There are 4 large maps, why would you even be at that place enough to be annoyed how the generator is placed ? :-)))
That it can't move it to another location, now that is an interesting fact i had not discovered yet. But i already dragged a purchased generator to the steel producing location so i likely would not have found out at all.
Can't you pull it down with a winch cable ?

Yes, the maps are quite beautiful with this newest region, I enjoyed exploring most of them, if only I could recall where I dropped that prototype at after yoinking it for exploration; totally ignoring that it likely had a mission attatched to it... lol
Thats something I like about this region, the long bridges. Was really cool to drive over the drawbridge first time... Once I got the correct generator to the place, was happy... that it was done...
