If that is not the mission you are on be sure to :
- fasten the load so it is "officially" registered as a load, do not transport stuff unfastened.
- some missions require to drive over the delivery area with the load/trailer instead of unloading it.
But IRL you have to fasten loads on trucks too...right ? :-)))
Could be the drivers job though. Then it is imaginable how you made that "mistake" in game. When i drove trucks IRL, a long time ago, i had to fasten loads myself.
Delivery requirements in game can be quirky though, as they do not always require unload ( C key ) in the target area.....and a somehow not fastened ( packed ) load will not be recognized by the game........struggled with that many times myself, as it is "game logic"
