Where are my mods?

Hi I haven't played in a while (since shortly after Maine was released).
I just started a new game and all my mods are gone. In the list they're marked "ON" but nothing in the mod list. I only used modded trucks.
Strangely I have some of them in the Truck Store in my garage but they're marked as 'DLC'
I don't understand what's going on

Sorry disregard. For mysterious reasons it took sort of a shaman dance to make them appear. So as long as I don't loose my feathers they're now there where they should

However, my subscribed mod list still is empty and appearantly I'm unable to load new mods.
Anyone has a clue what that night be? Ihave some of the trucks in my truck store but somehow that's strange? Has anything changed regarding mods since Maine was released?
Further the Mod Browser says "1 Mod loading" Is there a way to monitor progress?

To whom it may concern.
If you experience similar problems here's what I took from support.saber.games
--
Close SnowRunner.
Browse to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\SnowRunner\base\Mods\.modio\.
Delete the authentication.json file.
Restart SnowRunner.
Log back into the mod menu.
