Broken co-op, multiplayer - offline mode. (3 Year pass)

Purchased on sale.
When i choose start co-op > load save slot 1,2,3,4 > checking permissions > offline mode (you can play offline or try to connect online). Mods offline unable to reach mod.io.
When i press mod browser > No authentication window appear. Mod browser empty and no connection (no mods found). More options have no login or logout point. No mods installed.
No KSIVA is displayed in game on bottom center screen, game have problem with connecting to server.
No logs in SnowRunner\base\logs\.
Have no files is present in SnowRunner\base\Mods\.modio\. Don't have authentication.json.
Game doesn't create any files on restart.
Manual creating this file with token won't help, subscribed mods not appear.
Tutorial completed many times, all the way to Taymyr. Nick also changed to simple (with no symbols). Ports accessible. Game can't in (DNAT/SNAT/MASQ). Cleaning game files, reverifing, deleting - restoring cloud saves, reinstalling doesn't help, game does not switch to online. Don't ask reinstall system, if i do that it will be Linux.
Saber's support can't help, after a two day chat they mark issue as solved. End of story.
Is anyone have similar problem, any ideas how solve the issue? What is real ip address of backend for game to authenticate, help resolve connection problem. Auth server is up, it exists at all? I am not able to start coop game nor join any open game. Have i connected to the internet, that's strange? Anyway thanks for any help.
UPD: Most of things are fixed by installing Linux.

No problems here. Everything working fine for me.
its gotta be some sort of clash with other software you are running on your system.
you sound fairly windows savvy so try this....

Make 100% certain the game is allowed through your firewall then
Try disabling all Non essential Services and seeing if the game works better then?

search for "system configuration" n Run as Admin
Goto Services tab
Tick "Hide all Microsoft services" box
Now sort the list by STATUS
Take a mental note of the few left that are running.
Now click Disable All
Restart machine.
Try game.

See what results you get.

Also the modio files dont get created on game restart they get created when you supply your email address to modio and confirm its real via the email they send.

I have the same problem on and off… I don't use any mods at all and still it wont let me join, even if my friends invite me… It is super frustrating.

Same problem appear after patching game with 3.99G patch and new 4-year pass come out. (Mods offline Unable to reach mod.io)

I have same problem with coop, when i click to coop game, error comes up and i go to offline mode... i send to saber my problem and nothing happend... i wanna play coop so much but the developers don't do anything about it. Does anyone have any information on this problem if it is being fixed?

If you can, try using a wired connection if you were using WI-FI. It's a peer to peer connection. It's not about the speed of your WI-FI connection, it's about the stability of your connection. Using a wired ehternet connection solved my problems with this.

Ha! And guess what? I had the same issue come back a couple of hours ago! However, I just quit the game, closed Steam, started Steam again, then opened the game again. I'm guessing that someone tried to join my session (I was hosting a public lobby) and me and the other unknown player got kicked.
