but you will need to buy year 2 seperately?

The way the sale is right now, the cheapest way to get all the content is to buy the premium edition which is the base game plus all year 1 content. This is about $28 US right now. After buying this first, go back to the store page and you can get year 2 also at a discount by doing the bundle thing to complete the set. But to answer your question, the premium edition is the base game plus all year one stuff.
