I found this trailer on the Smithville Dam Map, central ridge, parked with some caravans. It has no cargo and doesn't seem to show up on the map. It also isn't part of any mission. I can't sell it at a trailer store. It is a mystery to me.

It is a Mission Requirement Trailer that will eventually have to be hauled to Island Lake, if I remember correctly.

what Top said, it's for opening up the sawmill in Island Lake called Lumber Mill Revival. Contract chain goes: Pipe Dream -> Not A Drill -> Winter Stores -> Lumber Mill Revival.
It's a contract chain not a task that shows up on the map
You can either build "Hunter Bob's Bridge" on Island Lake or drive all the way around and come in to the Sawmill from the North. Either is fairly easy (2x2 wood planks for the bridge or just drive on the road around the mountain).

usually when i run into trailers like that, if i'm not busy i will drag them back to the garage because eventually you will need it for something. and yes, that is the one for a company contract a bit down the list...they may call it a tool trailer or equipment trailer
