Amur Back In Action Needs a Hotfix

Need to either put more small pipes on Amur for the mission Back in Action or in the factory you should be able to make them, if you use one to make med pipes (*which is what i did accidentally) you can no longer complete the Back in Action mission. ... I have reset the mission but the small pipes don't repopulate. ... please put in a hot fix for this mission

Just finish "Solid Rock" and "Spring Cleaning" instead.
This will unlock a warehouse with unlimited small pipes.

As a general rule of thumb, you cannot get stuck in Snowrunner because you deleted or miscrafted cargo.
Getting replacements can potentially entail extremely long transport routes, but there's always a way.
In your case, to be fair, it was a bit obfuscated though.
