Can't unload metal beams cargo on trailer after delivering it

Hi just tried to do a job where i have to deliver bricks and beams to a place, after struggling hard to get there and almost tiping my trailer i could unload the bricks but not the beams on the back trailer for some odd reason
Really don't want to do this all again any ideas i could do? the cargo is there on the trailer i don't understand why it doesn't want to take it. I would really appreciate if someone could help me

Try to unpack the cargo and pack it again. If it's not properly packed you can't hand it in, happened to me once.
