i want to have it here.. on best platform with myfriends to play it... i have game nearly a year on epic... played maybe 4 hours...coz nobody want to be playing on epic and we want it in our steam library with our playtime progres!

Epic has a playtime progress - https://prnt.sc/12hixni but the question is, why did you even purchase it if you didn't like Epic launcher that much..? Don't get me wrong, I know how it's to purchase a game and never run it, but on Epic? For a game that was purchased at full price? Damn...

Epic has already paid for the game - so literary getting money from STEAM platform is superfluous for them.

My nightmare scenario.

Having purchased the game on Epic Store, it gets released on Steam. You want to support the devs/play with your friends, you buy it on Steam.

The game is given away for free on Epic Store lol.

thats the logic heh?... :( of cours devs replied me on fb..they dont plan to transfer ownership from epic to steam.. of course... so pay again for game to play it with much more friends.....fu0k it !!!

It will not happen. I don't know about the loyalty discount (like it was with Mudrunner), but there will definitely not be a free transfer of the game.
I see no objective reason to re-purchase the game if it has already been purchased. The only difference that can be judged from the description on the SnowRunner's page is the presence of achievements.

Repurchasing the game makes sense for co-op if Steam integration provides chat for random multiplayer sessions.

The Epic version of SnowRunner has achievements, you can access them via your F4 player profile.

Yeah, well, "you don't get Steam achievements unless you have the game on Steam" is kinda obvious, though.

The interesting question is, do the achievements still trigger if you simply copy your save game over? I guess we'll find out.
