Turn off DLC trucks.

Is there a way to turn off starting with DLC trucks? I feel like Im cheating having them from start.

Not that I know of. Small workaround: Sell all of them. Exit game and edit the save file to lower your money back to what you had before selling the trucks. There is a Steam-guide on how to edit save files.

Can't you simply disable them through the DLC menu on the properties for the game? I believe most if not all, show up on that tab individually. You just gotta uncheck em.

When you actually want to play with them they probably still show up after adding them again. Not sure, though.

If you don't want them just don't use them: by default dlc trucks (like anniversary dlc) are in the truck vault (or whatever it is called in your language)

Yeah, I would suggest just leaving the ones you start with in a garage some wheres (unretained) and buying new ones when you want to use them.

So what I ended up doing is selling them, buying a few expensive ass trucks then putting them in a lake at the edge of the map.

It's still a shame not to provide an option not to have trucks cheated for free because of a DLC. In the end I no longer buy DLC because of that in all the games, fed up with ruining my progress ...

Right click on the game in your libary, open properties and there is a dedicated DLC tab, disable aniversery DLC and they are gone.

Since I manually drive my trucks from map to map (granted, just in Michigan at the moment) and don't use the truck storage I don't see the DLC trucks to tempt me. In any case, I think both of them are ugly and don't want to use them anyway.
