Truck disappeared

I just pulled the chevy kodiak c70 in the drowned heavy truck task in michigan, and when i delivered it it doesn't show up in the garage. It isn't in any of the other vehicle bays in said garage, but the store says i own one. is there any fix to this? Don't particularly care for this truck but just curious in case it happens to other maps find vehicles.

The drowned vehicle tasks are not supposed to give you the vehicles, it's only a task to free and deliver a vehicle for money and XP.

did you check your storage?

what you can always do is to go to your player profile (F4 key) and select "trucks", that shows you every truck you own and where it is. They could be in storage, on a map, or in a garage (which will also indicate which map it is on).

If it is supposed to be in a garage by that list, it may help to exit the game and start it again; in very rare cases the truck can clip through the floor, and restarting the game respawns it

The reward for this mission is 320 XP and $3000. If you want to own a Chevrolet Kodiak C70, you can rescue the stranded one near the logging site.

Any truck shown as a truck on the map overview is yours, if you can reach it.
A mission may give you a truck as a reward, but that will be listed with the mission; most don't. "Fixer Upper" in Smithville Dam is an example for a mission that does give you a truck.

The only thing that's really confusing me is that I haven't got the one near the logging site nor have i bought one. but it still shows in the store like I own one after that task.

It's another bug. I've had several vehicles disappear after rescue. A frustrating bug to say the least. That and super springy trees that can launch a truck sky high.. Just have to live with the bugs..

Its not a bug when the recovered vehicle is not part of the reward

As far as i am aware off the Rescue the drowned truck task, is not the C70 kodiak, its the GMC MH950 and that one gets delivered to the farm on the michagan map the c70 kodiak truck is the one near the logging camp out in the water

Drowned Heavy truck = C70
Drowned Highway Truck = MH9500
These are different missions.

As has been explained by mendel there is no bug occurring here. The task to rescue the C70 does not reward you with the C70. But there is a C70 on the map that is yours to rescue, with no related task or contract. If it is revealed on the map, either from personal exploring or from the watch towers revealing it, then it becomes owned by you even if you never took notice of it.

I realize the c70 isn't a reward but that doesn't change the fact that the games says i own it after that task without buying or saving the c70. Later I saved the c70 you actually get, and it now shows up I have 2 c70's, but I only have the one.

So, I did the heavy truck rescue myself...

Did anyone repair it before they towed it back?

I fully repaired it then towed it to the farm and they wont take it, I basically left it sitting at the farm in the delivery square.

Personally, I really that its a stupid bug for a mission to have if you repair a vehicle and you cant deliver it because its repaired? Hopefully, this little erroneous issue will be fixed at some point.
