Using Mods
I have just recently stumbled into this game, came up as an advertisement in my Steam Game client. While I have enjoyed a few hours of the stock game, at this point I was thinking of trying out some of the modded items. I had noticed the mod option from the main menu of my game. I have gone into this Mod Browser, created an account and then I have picked 2 or 3 trucks that I thought I might be interested in. After I choose to subscribe it seems to download things. But when I go back into the game, that is where I am lost. How do you actually choose to drive one of these modded vehicles? I thought it would be as simple as going into the garage and buying a new truck. But I seem to be missing a piece of the puzzle since they never seem to show up there.

Don't forget to ENABLE the mods you're downloading. By default, they download as DISABLED, and you need to manually enable every one of them. Past that - the trucks should show up in the Truck Store.

also read the discussion on mod browser not working right. the key things being that there is a money mod that may be broken, the mod browser may crash or crash the game or fail to load if you are not connected to the internet when you play, and the enabled mods may fail to enable the next time you play. POSSIBLE workaround for the last one is to wait in the main menu for a minute or go into the mod browser every time you start the game.

I do this every time. I miss the radar dish! I used to wait for two revolutions. Now I just count to ten while watching for the fisherman to catch something.

didnt notice the dish was missing or that the fisherman cought things.. but then again today was the first time I noticed him. as for the waiting thing, it seems to work. it I dont hit start game or continue or whatever right away and wait a bit, the mods start up right.

Thanks for the comments, turns out I totally missed the fact that you actually need to enable it, not just download it.
However, at this point I just wonder is there some sort of filter I can use in the Mod Browser to show only things I have subscribed to/downloaded?
