Vr support?
Will there be Vr support? I bought the game at Epic Store, but on monitor it is an experience destroyer...the oculus have already sold 4-5 million pieces from the quest alone and 50% of that is already a pc player!
the vr mod could generate a minimum of 100.000-200,000 unit sales+

I play on a 49" it's immersive enough.

Maybe, but with VR it's a hundred thousand times more immersive.

And only in this way is it possible to look around really turning your neck, which is not only extremely convenient, but also creates the effect that you are really sitting in a car.

I would love to look into turns around light posts to better judge whether or not my trailer is going to get snagged
Having no experience with (nor real interest in tbh) VR, I am asking myself one simple question: Seeing all the bouncing, rocking and rolling motions in the cabin view, would this not be extremely nauseating? With the disconnect between the optically perceived sudden motions, while sitting relatively still in a chair for example, I imagine some people vomiting all over themselves after a couple of minutes off-road.

I am sure VR works great for ETS/ATS and racing or flight sims, I really do, but Snowrunner? Can anyone shed some light on this?
When driving offroad in VR I think you would drive significantly slower in that kind of situations. There are people out there who play games like Dirt Rally in VR, I think that slow movement in Snowrunner would not be the biggest issue.
I think that with the cabin being your frame of reference, it's probably not as nauseating. The worst I got it was in a space taxi demo where the controls were non-intuitive. The up/down controls were mapped to R2/L2, so when I pressed what I thought was the gas, the vehicle would go down. As I acclimated to the up/down controls, the nausea went away.

Yep, just will be drive more safety if this is problem for you
In Dirt Rally VR when you fly into a ditch and roll over, it feels more fun than nauseating 😄

there is an incredible amount of movement in all directions with space and aircraft type sims in vr. most of us that enjoy these type of vr games do not experience motion sickness.

this being part of the how motion sickness can be mitigated. games without a frame of reference (like fps shooters) usually have the option to use snap turning instead of smooth turning. some games even use tunnel vision to further mitigate motion sickness.

i think snowrunner in vr would be tame compared to some of the other vr games ive played. not to mentioned super immersive!
so no vr?

I would not expect any other major updates to this game. As far as I understand season 8 will be the last addition to this game. Season 7 is trash and they're already working on a new game. They haven't even fixed the existing bugs this game has had since launch.

I would vary highly doubt any additional effort will be put into this game at this point. Maybe some small patches here or there and possibly some DLC, but don't expect anything such as VR integration.
