Caterpillar 745C problem with loading, solution needed

hey, I have a problem with loading rails, it says there is such a possibility as in the picture :

Well... You can't?! A container Carrier is for... Containers. It won't carry anything else. For those rail packs you need a 5 slot trailer. (or 4? I think 5).

the description of the container carrier makes it clear what you can load this is: Rails; Cargo Container; Special Cargo; Industrial boiler. so I'm still asking how to load these damn Rails, is this a game bug? Is the description incompatible with the possibility of loading the goods?

I see. This must be a bug then. I am pretty sure it cannot carry the special cargo, the industrial boiler and the rails. Never seen it, but also never tried it. There has never been a situation in which a load was longer (slot count) than a truck or trailer. I call it a bug.

ExcludedCargoTypes - before I forgot to add that I deleted the entire list
