What happened to the butcher boss? kinda miss that fight , was a ton of fun , any plans to bring him back as a side quest or something maybe ?

I was also looking forward to a fight with him! I had seen a video of him and now I had to realize that he doesn't show up, at least on normal so far. More bosses, more fun ;)
Would be great if deleted content found its way back into the game, as DLCs if it's high quality.
