Is anyone else crashing every time they finish the boss? I've done it like 4 or 5 times now and it crashes when I think it's going to play the cutscene after killing the boss. I think the error message is saying the ntdll.dll file is at fault, but I don't know how to even try to fix it....

How do I unlock the "deep mode" achievement, and can I get the weapon at the bell in deep mode? I'm running out of time.
