A few things I've noticed

First, moving forward/backward/left/right is great. But turning/rotating left or right is very very very slow. FYI I am playing with a PS4 controller.

Second, using a crate as a storage device, the options for moving items into the crate from my inventory are: "Press X to move to crate. Press X to drop." because the same button does two things, I move some items to the crate and drop others with one button push.

Game only has partial controller support so change controllers or use KB.

I have the same issue with x but not all the time. Make sure you only tap it quickly. If you hold x down at all then it will transfer an item and drop an item as well.

Also you just have to use the mouse to move it if it's not a stack. Seems a single item like a tool will drop but stacks transfer fine.
