Lindsey missing

While playing the murder mystery if I ask Lindsey to help look for the murderer, she just disappears unable to be found anywhere. I continued killing to see if she'd reappear but after killing everyone else she cannot be found and because everyone else is "dead" I can't get caught, nor can I ask Mr. Lee to end the game because Lindsey is still alive.

If i remember right you find her on one of the other levels near the front of the ship And you have to kill her as well to complete the mission

Absolute rear of the lower deck. You have to click at the top of the screen to advance to that area when you're next to it.
