I don't remember the part where I don't let Ryan get STD. isn't it there?

"Saving Ryans Privates" achievement
After threesome with Riley and Aubrey (in the end of Act III,Day 38 or Day 39), Imre will ask you wanna go Red Light District with him? Whatever you answer,until you can choose :
1 . GO WITH HER
2 . HELP RYAN
- choose GO WITH HER, you can get CG with Satin .
- choose HELP RYAN ,you can get the achievement .

I did with threesome and help Ryan but I didn't get those achievements. think it's bug
