Are teams still active?

With WRCG servers currently down I have been driving in WRC10 again. I play in solo/team leagues in WRCG and wonder if the team system in WRC10 is still active? I tried creating a team and joining a team without success - apparently you need to be in a team with at least two members before team events are unlocked.

I don't know if the teams are still active. Nevertheless, as a beginner, I am looking for teams

I think WRC 10 teams are abandoned. However WRC Generations leagues are now back - for teams and solo players. My team is still in Amateur but if you want to join that would be great - look for RangeRovers.
