I can't drive in sequential mode

Hi, my issue is that in settings I only have manual or semi-automatic, when I'm on manual I just can't shift at all, and on semi I can only downshift, upshift is automatic, I'm using a TH8A on sequential mode and a T300RS. All my drivers are checked and are the latest, my WRC10 files are checked and I have the latest updates, this isn't the first time I have issues for gearing setup in this game and start to be tired about this, if someone have the same issue or can offer me a solution feel free... thanks for reading :)

first of all, manual is manual, and semi-automatic is automatic shifting.
Secondly, I think some screenshots in the control setting page would be better for us to help you

Ok np I’ll do it when I’ll be at my home I’m far of it currently
But for the semi automatic, I confirm that it isn’t only automatic but sequential on downshift and automatic on upshift, but you’re right some screenshots will help
