Controller?

Tried it on wrc9 and it was impossible. Is 10 comfortable on controller? I thought wrc was a sim-cade game.

wrc9 needed a little twiddling with the controller settings to work. but wrc10 seems just fine as it is for a XBOX controller

I wanted to customise my controller settings. So I clicked the controller option and then the preset button. I then clicked the assign button on the right side and then selected the button I wanted. I did this for the preset. There isn't a saved option, so pressed back until I got back to the car. However, the preset I had just done wasn't working and was back to the default options.
I'm afraid I like to have A as my accelerate and B as my brake. and then I like to use right trigger as the handbrake.
Why doesn't the preset I just set up for the controller not work????? On nearly all my other driving games, I can customise the controller to allow me these presets.

I'd love to know if tarmac is playable this yr.

For me, gravel was fine on controller in 9, but no matter what settings I tried I couldn't push hard at all in Germany/Japan. Just so, so twitchy.

Well i played now for 3.5 hrs and i cant say its comfortable on controller.
Its terrible!!!!
Its impossible to drive without crashes from the car.
The handling with controller is so bad , i never seen before.
