Explanation of crew Member cards
I'm trying to manage my crew but I don't get all the stuff on the screen.

For example my mechanic...
1. 3 stars - what does it affect?
2. Patient - why does this matter?
3. Some field called REP of 90 - What does it mean?
4. Another field called REL of 88 - What does it mean?
5. Green and Red - When do they take effect?

I don't really know what it all means, I just pick whatever has the highest percentage I can get on the green area, but no idea about the rest. There is no information on the game or maybe I suck at finding it.

1. The number of stars says how good your mechanic is. A crew member with higher numbers has more stars. It's important because when the member gets exhausted the numbers go down and then you need the stars to compare him/her with a fresh crew member you can employ.
2. It's only the name for the symbol right of it. It's important for 5.
3. REP means repair speed. The higher the number the less time is needed to repair a specific component.
4. REL means reliability. Every event costs a bit of reliability (orange bar above a car symbol). So after some events you have to do a maintance event. High numbers at REL reduces that cost. It's the same with other crew members. The numbers represent the skill level the crew member currently has.
5. They do take effect when another crew member has this personality. So your dedicatet meteorologist increases your mechanics repair speed and your cooperative financial advicer reduces skills of everyone else so you should use the other one from your reserve.

Thanks for this! I had it wrong :D
Oh snap! I didn't know the person icon affected the other members. This is awesome thank you.

Do you or anyone else might know where I can get a list of all the explanation of the 3 letter characters?

My financial adviser is about to get the boot though. I have to really redo this, dang.

Thank you!!!
Another Question. I can unlock more Jobs (9) then i have slots for. So i cant have all types of Jobs active at the same time (6).

I see no deeper sense in unlock all Jobs with a Skill Max of 90. Do i miss anything, do i get more slots for active members?

Do i get the Benefits i unlocked trough skills, even if this Crew member is not in my active Roster?

Does the skill where you improve the relationship with the manufacturer make sense in private team mode? I buy the cars and don't drive for the manufacturers.
