Game wont start past loading screen.

Every time i open up the game it will load up but it gets stuck on a screen with a dice loading in the middle. I played the game before and it worked fine but now it doesnt seem to load. On the screen there is also random text like “id_loadingtip_41” for example. As if it can’t load the text in game if that makes sense. I tried uninstalling and installing again multiple times. All my drivers are updated. I verified the files on steam and origin and still no luck. Any help?

Okay idk how i found this, but there is an DLC called Key that comes with the Game, i just deactivated the DLC and now the Game starts. :D I needed 1 Hour to get this solution and now i dont even want to play it anymore because it took so long.
