Please help - NO GEMS

I stalled this game yesterday for my kid and now he has NO LICENSES, NO GEMS to buy a LICENSE nor COLLECT ANY GEMS when killing any dinosaurs?

How can I fix this please?

Hey!

It's tough to say for sure due to amount of details you give so far, but it looks like that the gems were spent on equipment or weapon upgrades. You can get gems back by un-equipping weapon upgrades or equipment or other upgrades (M.I.S.T. upgrades and Player upgrades).
In order to return the gems, you need to click on the already purchased item which is marked by red checkbox and LMB click on it to uncheck.

When you get the gems back, you can buy a dinosaur license to earn more rewards (gems) in the next hunt.
