Is the game playable without the 18+ patch?

I don't really care for the h-scenes personally but I've seen cases of games where they're relevant to the story or cut so poorly the overall product ends up worse (e.g. anything moenovel makes). Is this still worth playing without the 18+ patch? I can't buy the Jast patch unfortunately since I'm from Brazil and lost my international card.

Also, does the fan voice patch work without the 18+ patch? Thanks in advance.

In my opininon, in this novel h-scenes are just some enjoyable additions to the main course. I believe it certainly worth playing even w/o 18+ content

The voice patch is fine without 18+ patch, but be sure not to use the Yadon-Karin patch without the 18+ patch. As for the content, I think most of it works without 18+ content. There is a few exceptions, but I think you should still be able to enjoy the story and appreciate it without them.

Imo, the game is fine without the 18+ patch. The H-scenes aren't my thing since the characters may appear too sexual and somehow it can be distracting to the story. While, the fan voice patch is an important addition if you want to maximize your experience.
