Bugs in the final Release

Hello,

i played the final release and found some Bugs there. Unfortunately, some Items seem to be glitching out of the Map sometimes. The Screwdriver disappeared and i had disappearing Torches as well. While you have (at least) 3 Torches, a loss of a Torch does not really block you from completing the game, the Screwdriver disappearing does.
I dropped it near the Laundry Entrance (brought it upstairs to make noise and distract Madeline from the Children going to the Laundry Area).

Also, there seems to be an Issue with double Doors. One of them sometimes is closed and the other one is opened. Each time Sister Madeline walks past them, she needs to interact with it.
Also, the broken Doors will block the Chicken from going past it and it looks silly. In order to fix it, you need to interact with both door wings in very quick succession.

A thing i also noticed that the Gates to the Laundry Room are sometimes open, and sometimes closed. Most notably, i think they are open if you're completing the Door of Memories (Part 2) and are closed if you play again. Is that supposed to be that way?

Also i noticed some errors with SM's Voice. She doesn't say a word if she spots you with the explosive Doll (not even the generic Voiceline) and some Subtitles don't match. For example, there are 2 variatons of her saying "Stop breaking my School!". For one, the subtitle is correct (the one where she says ist an annoyed and angry manner) and the other one has "Don't make any more Noises, Brat!". If she sees you with the Gum Gun, there is the subtitle "Why are you carrying around a fireless Torch? You just wasting you're time.".
Another error (?). If you complete a game and go in the School again without closing and reopening the game, Sister Madeline won't react on items or Rooms she already said her uniqure phrase. Is that a bug?
