Characters 223-225
Does anybody have tips for these three? They're the only ones I'm missing from encyclopedia.

That would be the characters in the dev room. Seek out all the key fragments if you want to see them. There's a thread here with their locations if you don't want to hunt yourself.

Thank you. It's only a suggestion, but consider moving these spots maybe at the end of the list. The placement confused me into thinking I missed some NPC's in in beginning stages of the 5th world.
