If this had VR, I'd be all over it.

I am getting constant huge frame rate drops walking around inside the house, especially when entering a new area. Like it will be a solid 60 and then take a massive dive seemingly for no reason like down into the 20s-30s and then quickly revert back to 60. I even set everything on low and reduced the resolution scale down to 0.4 and it still happens. I am using an RTX2080 and an i9 processor....

Does the game save at certain points or do you save it yourself? Thanks...
