How am I supposed to figure out the tablet code?

I'm stuck in the past memory of taking my neurology exam, I got a 100 on it, but I can't exit the memory. The only thing I haven't done is figure out the password for the tablet on the shelf. I've looked at the calendar and tried a bunch of dates, and I can't back out of the memory to see what that code was from the house... so I'm just stuck in this memory?

nevermind, I figured out holding "Q" let me exit to go get the code.

Hey there,
no worries, if you're playing the game with keyboard and a mouse you can just hold Q to exit any memory or reality/level, with the controller the same happens if you hold B.

Dang! The demo stopped right after that! NOOOOOO I was LOVING IT. I love the detail of *actually* having to find the answers for the tests! I'm so glad it comes out on the 19th which is VERY soon. Marked it in my calendar and will be purchasing the day of release! :D

Will we be able to save the game manually in the full version and load older savegames? Or can you go back at any time to find all things you might missed earlier and there is no need to save?

I was a bit too fast and did the test and unlocked the tablet, but didn't find/read all things and then the demo ended.

Hey,
in the full game you can always go back to collect everything and move forward 🙂
Also, The Gap uses autosave so your progress doesn't get lost.
