Thanks again for another wonderful update in a game i can get lost in. I'm about 1/3rd of the way through a hard campaign and the new music and fax machine entries will be a breath of fresh air. much love from a loyal fan <3

That first known issue sounds amazing and awful all at once.
I dislike the new interface for the route planner
It's so annoying to switch constantly between features and details..... for EACH SINGLE NODE. What were you thinking devs? :(
And it also misses the colored diffrences between conditions....

Gosh..... i wish i could revert this update and play the previous version....

Known Issues
  • When reloading from a suspended run, the car might experience an incredible amount of upward movement depending on how closely to the car the game was suspended

  • Some Campaign Mission details might appear on Expeditions

  • Details may appear in route planner information if junction is repurposed from a Campaign Mission

  • The Paint Shelf objective is registering paints and decal kits in locked Goldshells

  • Grid Inventory can become “sticky” and will not drag and drop certain items properly

  • Some Expedition mission icons can appear incorrectly with the Campaign icon rather than an Expeditions icon

  • Trip Report may not properly count trip time displayed when loading from a suspended run

  • Some AMD Cards + Drivers are soft-locking while attempting to load into gameplay

  • Recommended troubleshooting - update all drivers and verify game files via Steam or Epic

  • Occasionally Tool Instruction UI will scale smaller via HUD

  • Temporary solution: Using the tool will make the text scale properly

  • Tesla Towers don’t target Conductive Goldshells

  • Status effect indicators on bumpers are not rotating properly in inventory when storing part

  • Player can stand on rear left door when exiting car if rear left door is open, will also cause door to break and fall off

  • Occasionally, Players are able to highlight containers through walls

It is unfortunate to see known issues remaining - however Ironwoods's transparency in regards to maintaining a know issues list within each patch notes is appreciated.

Hopefully the known issues can be addressed in time.

After doing my first expedition this game just got extra hard or maybe because I've put the game on nuclear mode. It's a solid patch, really digging some of the new songs. And I say some because there's unfortunately music added that I would like to disable. So maybe in the future add in something so we can select songs that only play on the radio.

It is pretty standard for all games and patches to release with some known issues. It is debatable how annoying this is, I do get the frustration though. Generally the problem is either the issues were discovered after a release date was announced and they don't want to break the promised release date, or the issue was known before hand but the fix is either unknown or known but will take a disproportionate amount of time to fix.

For example, maybe "Occasionally, Players are able to highlight containers through walls" was known two months ago, but the fix is complicated and will take hundreds of hours of dev time. Since the bug is minor, it could probably be best to just let it slide for now.

Sometimes you just have to make hard calls and hope you are making the right one. Some of the known issues they listed I'd consider pretty major. Which leads me to the final point, you can at least be sure that they are well aware of these problems and the pain points they cause. More than anyone else - they will feel that pain acutely. This dev clearly cares about the fans and has always been pretty responsive. This isn't like a malicious or greedy move on their part, just trying to do good by the largest amount of people possible. Thankfully you can at least be sure with them that the issues are being worked on and will be fixed.

It will probably be a super tough thing to do... but please! Please! Give this game VR support! This game would be utterly insane in VR.

No fix to enable Hor+ scaling?

This is primarily aimed at proper Ultrawide support, but 16:9 is a widescreen aspect ratio, and should be Hor+ as well.

ie:

[/script/engine.localplayer] AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV

Known issues:1. The component cabinet cannot be used, and an error message pops up.
2.In the newly added exploration mode, there is a conflict in the description of task requirements(Translation Error?), and the task cannot be started.
