Francis stopped to speak to me

I'm reaching 100 hours of play in the game. I finished the main story at around 60 hours of play.

And it's been near 10 runs that Francis is not saying anything when I return.

Anybody got that too?

Past a 100 hrs. Pretty much only says something returning back to the garage if I bring the car back beat up. Could depend on where returning from. I'd suspect most of your runs end in the deep though so that might be moot.
